At KUNA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
